When specifics about your project, pricing, foundations, and any additional options or needs you may have are finalized, we will collect your down-payment and proceed with ordering the raw materials for your metal building project. Lead times for ordering vary, but typically we can get materials delivered within four weeks or less.

Once your order is finalized, you'll be put on our construction schedule. We will begin with the foundation, and on the scheduled delivery day, we will unload the raw materials at your site. You are responsible to ensure your location has adequate access for the delivery truck to pull in and unload. Weather permitting, construction will begin once the foundation is complete.

After construction comes the final cleanup. We strive to clean up the area to be just as clean as it was when we got there. Your new metal shed/concrete slab is complete! Final payments are usually due at this time, unless you are on a payment plan.
